Adaca Promo.Com is a family-owned business that is based in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. Our main goal is to sell Agri-Biz Software and to help to develop a network of small agri-business especially in the Americas and Caribbean. We are particularly interested in promoting the establishment and growth of family-businesses which have a much better chance of survival than a one-person business. The GenManager is Neville Farquharson who is one of the owners. He is an Economist and originally from Jamaica, but has lived or worked in many Caribbean countries, especially Jamaica and Trinidad. Handling of Orders.
Shipping of orders = 1 to 3 biz days after we get the order. Links for downloads will be emailed to the customer 1 or 2 days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery of physical orders (such as Cds) in USA & Canada = 3 to 8 biz days by US Postal Service, or Priority Mail, or 3 to 5 days by Private Delivery Services such as UPS, and FedEx.
Special delivery available at rates determined by the carrier for that particular product.
Returned Items and General Refund policy.
Full refund will be given if a customer returns an item in the same condition it was received, and in the original package with post-mark not more than 30 days from the date the package was sent to you. Refund will include all the original cost paid to us for that product, also delivery charges, (but not the cost of returning the product.)
